The Callidus Standard Support plan offers e-mail and toll-free telephone support during standard business hours, as well as periodic product newsletters, the Knowledge Base, and community user groups.
The Callidus Premium Support Plan includes e-mail and telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the ability to create and monitor service requests via the Web, in addition to all of the services provided under the Standard plan.

The Technical Account Manager option provides a fully trained support engineer to serve as the dedicated single point of contact for the customer’s product issues, ensuring a thorough understanding of the customer’s business requirements, processes and environments.
